He founded Intown Consulting Group (ICG), initially focusing on building rental portfolios for high-net-worth individuals and overseas investors. Through meticulous research and strategic acquisitions, particularly in foreclosure auctions and tax sales, John successfully expanded ICG into a leader in the industry, completing 40-50 property renovations annually by capitalizing on emerging opportunities in the housing market.
In recent years, John has further broadened ICG’s reach by venturing into land acquisition, investment, and entitlement. With a sharp instinct for up-and-coming neighborhoods, he secures premium land deals and expertly navigates the intricate rezoning and permitting processes to develop apartment buildings and other large development projects.
