This means you get the knowledge of an investment company as well as the know-how of experienced builders and designers, resulting in high quality designed and built homes. While ICG primarily focuses on renovating properties themselves, they also offer wholesale properties for other developers and builders. This is an excellent opportunity for developers, as ICG knows the local market and will be able to quickly determine which properties should be purchased at auction for a fast turn around. After relocating from his hometown in Trumbull, CT to Atlanta, GA about 25 years ago, John was quick to see the real estate potential in the fast growing metropolis. Since his arrival in Atlanta, he has come to know its complex market in depth. With over a 1,000 real estate transactions under his belt, and having survived the 2008 market crash, John created ICG in the midst of the real estate crisis.
